The Great Lodge’s spaciousness is impossible to immediately take in. The Master Bedroom, at 48 feet in length and 20 feet in width with a 15 feet by 15 feet ensuite bathroom, plus a 20 feet by 20 feet balcony, exceeds the footprint of small houses. Other bedrooms measure 20 feet by 15 feet with ensuites and walkouts of their own.

Guests in large parties that might want a degree of separation from the rest, whether for small children with an early bedtime or simply because they might want a bit more privacy than others, can opt to stay in The Great Lodge’s nearby Little Lodge, a guest cottage which offers a fully equipped apartment with a living room that has a pull-out couch, kitchen and two bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms.
