Covid insurance policy: For a 10% premium, The Great Lodge will refund all payments if your stay cannot proceed because of a lockdown preventing the use of The Great Lodge for the period booked
Rates apply to parties of up to 10.
Additional guests: $100 per guest per night, and $50 per day for day guests. Maximum sleeping spaces for the Great Lodge is 22.
Guest cottage for service staff or additional guests: $300 per night in the fall to spring and $1000 per night in the summer, sleeping a maximum of 4.

To secure a booking, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the rental fee, or $5000 per week booked, whichever is less, is due at the time of booking. The balance of the rental fee, also non-refundable, is due 60 days prior to the check-in date.

All rentals require a refundable security deposit, due one week before check-in. The deposit is $4,000 for small parties; $5,000 for larger parties.
​
Month-long stays (28 days) will receive a 10% discount.
​
The Great Lodge will be thoroughly cleaned before and after your stay. All bookings require a $400 cleaning fee.
​
Cancellation Policy: Once your booking has been finalized, cancellations for any reason will not be refunded.
​
Early or late check-ins can often be accommodated.
