rental rates

The Great Lodge is available for 30-day minimum stays at the following rates:

Spring and Fall/Winter Seasons

$23,400 plus $1000 per person (i.e., the fee for a party of 10 guests would be $23,400 plus $10,000, or $33,400

Summer Season

(June 28-Labour Day)

$35,000 plus $1000 per person (i.e., the fee for a party of 10 guests would be $35,000 plus $10,000, or $45,000

Stays that overlap seasons would be pro-rated

Covid insurance policy: For a 10% premium, The Great Lodge will refund all payments if your stay cannot proceed because of a lockdown preventing the use of The Great Lodge for the period booked

To secure a booking, a deposit of 50% of the fixed portion of the rental fee is due at the time of booking. The balance of the rental fee is due 60 days prior to the check-in date.

No deposit or other payment toward the rental is refundable within 60 days of the check-in date..

Guests are required to provide a refundable security deposit one week before check-in. The deposit is $4,000 for for parties of 10 or fewer; $5,000 for larger parties.

The Great Lodge will be thoroughly cleaned before and after your stay. You are responsible for its cleaning during your stay.

Cancellation Policy: Once your booking has been finalized, cancellations for any reason will not be refunded.

Early or late check-ins can often be accommodated.
