Our Chef’s Kitchen with its Thermador Professional rangetop (four gas burners, griddle and grill) atop two ovens; Dacor oven atop a warming oven; three sinks and two dishwashers; SubZero fridge-freezer and wine cooler; will accommodate large functions needing a chef and catering crew. Yet despite its numerous appliances and generous counterspace, it has the feel of a home kitchen, its efficient design minimizing steps, its fireplace conveying intimacy. 


Dining options include an adjacent dining room and a kitchen table; umbrellaed tables on the east and west walkouts to catch the morning and evening sun. For informal outdoor occasions, The Great Lodge’s garden patio offers a full-size BBQ and a rotating spit capable of roasting piglets or game birds.


The nearby Guest Cottage, suitable for either event staff or overflow guests, also has a full kitchen.
